Around 2 hours for a flat, 3 to 4 hours for a 3 bed house. We need power off in 10 to 30 minute blocks while we test each circuit.
C1 is danger present, fix now. C2 is potentially dangerous, fix soon. C3 is improvement recommended, not a fail. FI means further investigation needed.
Rentals every 5 years by law. Owner occupied homes every 10 years. Commercial usually every 5.
