We plan floor lift routes, use existing voids where possible, and make good after.

A typical 3 bed semi is 5 to 8 working days. Bigger or older homes can run to two weeks. We give you a clear timeline before starting.
Not usually. We rewire around you, isolating one circuit at a time. If you prefer to be away we can work faster.
Chases will need patching. We leave them plaster-ready. We can recommend a plasterer or work with yours.
Often yes if the wiring is pre-1970s. A clean EICR adds confidence for buyers and can stop price chips during surveys.
